Ron Moss is the firm's principal. In 1974 Ron established Ronald W Moss & Associates in Macquarie Street, Sydney. Tony Krouk joined the firm in 1989 and became a partner in 1995. The firm's present name was adopted in 1998.

Today we are a dynamic boutique law firm centrally located on the corner of Pitt and Hunter Streets in the heart of Sydney's CBD.
