Ron established Ronald W Moss & Associates in 1974, with offices located in Sydney's Macquarie Street.

His expertise extends to all manner of property-related transactions including:

• buying and selling small to medium-sized businesses

• mortgage and other financial arrangements

Ron is experienced in drafting and reviewing commercial agreements including shareholder, joint venture and partnership agreements.

Will drafting, estate administration and dispute resolution are other areas in which Ron offers expertise.

Enjoying a long-standing reputation for honesty and integrity, Ron often acts for the second and third generation of his many family clients. He has built an established and diverse clientele with his understanding of his clients' needs and his first rate legal knowledge, skills and experience.

Ron is happy to attend and bid at auctions on behalf of his clients and visit elderly or less mobile clients at home and at times that suit them.
